Frozen Yogurt Banana Pops
Serving size: 6
Ingredients:
3 bananas
1 c vanilla or strawberry yogurt
Toppings: sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped nuts
Special equipment: wooden craft sticks/chopsticks
Directions:
Peel bananas and cut each banana in half crosswise. Insert craft stick/chopstick into cut end of each banana half. Dip each banana half into yogurt, using a spoon to evenly coat the banana. Place the banana half onto a plate or small baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Sprinkle toppings onto yogurt-covered bananas. Place them into the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
